We started our business in May 1957 (the company was established in May 1972) by doing large-scale maintenance, remodeling, renovations, foundation work, scaffolding and deconstruction work for buildings and apartments within Tokyo and the Kanto area. Now, our long-term trust-based relationships with our customers allowed us to expand into the sales and brokerage business of real estate and rental property management businesses.

We own and manage many buildings, apartments, leasehold properties, and land properties. Thus, we aim for perfect support regarding our customers’ real estate situations, by directly consulting with owners, residents, landowners and other customers.
